A post from therioshamanism involving a critique of core shamanism
Specifically the claim that core shamanism is culturally neutral, and why this makes me not want to practice it. It's not a complete attack on core shamanism; I still think it's a good system for some people. However, this details some of my misgivings with it in its present incarnation.
